KANSAS City, Mo. — Patrick Mahomes took responsibility for what is actually ailing the 2-3 Kansas Town Chiefs, saying right after their 38-20 decline to the Buffalo Charges on Sunday evening that his turnovers are to blame.

“It starts off with me,” Mahomes explained of the Chiefs’ turnover woes, following throwing two interceptions and losing a fumble towards the Bills. “It can be some thing I have not ordinarily carried out in my occupation, but I have to reevaluate where I am at, what choices I’m producing.

“I’ve been a crazier participant as significantly as scrambling and producing throws. But in my career I have never been another person who throws a lot of interceptions. I have to glimpse at it now, reevaluate what I am carrying out, and I have to reduce it out.”

Mahomes has dedicated six turnovers in his previous 3 online games, together with five interceptions. He has six interceptions this time, placing him on tempo for 20. His career superior is 12, in 2018.

Mahomes has 16 landing passes this year, but he has just 2.67 touchdowns for every single interception. The least expensive share of his job is 4.17 in 2018, when he threw 50 landing passes to go along with his 12 interceptions.
