The Supreme Court has refused to block Maine’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.
CNN claimed:
A team of unvaccinated personnel argued that the vaccine mandate violated their religious liberty rights.
The court’s right wing — Justice Neil Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito — dissented and would have halted the mandate while the appeals system performs out.
The Supreme Court’s Refusal To Block The Vaccine Mandate Is Bad Information For Republicans
On the exact same working day that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis declared that he is likely to sue President Biden more than the vaccine mandate, the Supreme Court sent a loud and obvious signal that they are not open to overturning vaccine mandates. The Higher Courtroom wasn’t fascinated in overturning a mandate that involve a religious exemption, so they are hugely unlikely to be intrigued in overturning the mandate simply because Ron DeSantis would like to be president.
The Supreme Court’s selection is terrible information for Republicans and yet another signal that vaccine mandates are below to keep.
