Conservative lawyer Eastman says he will defy subpoena from January 6 committee

In the letter dated December 1, Eastman’s legal professional Charles Burnham wrote to committee Chair Rep. Bennie Thompson, a Mississippi Democrat, that answering the committee’s concerns could put Eastman at lawful danger.
