LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – It’s easy to see Las Vegas recovering from the pandemic.
As business booms across the valley, so does the demand for entertainment.
This week Resorts World announced that upcoming headliners Carrie Underwood and Celine Dion have added multiple show dates for 2022 as they saw an exceptional number of pre-sale ticket requests.
These are just a few of the many shows that are debuting or returning to the Las Vegas Strip.
Experts call it a sign that the city’s economy is recovering.
“The entertainers have a lot of people to keep them busy when they go back to work, so the soundstage, the equipment guys and these people. So it’s a big deal when the entertainers go back and the people who support them.” said Shaundell Newsome, chairman of the Las Vegas Municipal Chamber of Commerce.
Shows returning this summer include namesakes like Cirque du Soleil and the Blue Man Group.
Tickets for Resorts World Shows will be available starting Monday, May 24th.
