The Campbell County Fair continues its tradition of world-class free entertainment with this year’s line-up. Tomorrow, August 3, is the first day of free entertainment at the fair at CAM-PLEX and our free entertainment runs through Saturday, August 6.
Remember, Wednesday and Thursday are always a little lighter attendance, so if you can bring your family early, avoid the crowds. For a complete schedule, please click here.
The All Aboard Train will be moving fair patrons around the grounds Aug. 3-6.
The always popular All Aboard Train will be running Wednesday through Saturday from Noon to 6 p.m. There are train stops across the fairgrounds to help move fair visitors around the CAM-PLEX facility.
Paz with the Hockey Circus Show entertaining event participants.
Named one of the “21 most Canadian things you’ll ever see” by Buzzfeed, the Hockey Circus Show has the only person who juggles hockey sticks – and Paz sets his hockey sticks on fire. This crowd pleaser has three shows each day at 10:30 a.m., 1:45 p.m., and 4:30 p.m.
Copper Mountain Band will only be at the fair two days, August 3 & 4.
Copper Mountain Band is a high-energy country and classic rock group that can play any venue and appeal to any audience. The band was originally formed in 2007 and has toured off and on over the past decade. Lead singer, Jacque Jolene can captivate any audience with her original tunes in addition to being able to cover just about any song request from country to rock ‘n’ roll! Copper Mountain Band will perform at the fair August 3 & 4 at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:45 p.m. under the Free Stage Tent sponsored by Campbell County Health.
With six musicians representing four generations of musical heritage, all vocalists, who together play 23 different instruments, Rockland Road band is a powerhouse group featuring soulful vocals imbued with pure, exuberant joy. Rockland Road will be at the fair August 5 & 6 at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:45 p.m. under the Free Stage Tent sponsored by Campbell County Health.
After a decade away, Michael Mezmer returns to the Campbell County Fair this year.
Hypnotist Michael Mezmer is bringing back his award-winning show to excite the imagination and blow your mind. Michael is a multi-time Campbell County Fair performer who was brought back by popular demand. He has appeared at Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, Six Flag’s, Knott’s Amusement Park, in Law Vegas, and on national television. Michael is certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and holds a degree in Psychology from California Coast University. Michael will be entertaining fair friends on August 3 at 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the Plaza Tent. Michael will be performing August 4 – 6 at 1:15 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m.
Mimic Mike Walker has an incredible show for all ages.
An incredibly talented mimic, Mike Walker brings his repertoire of more than fifty celebrities to one stage. He also expertly performs his own music in this incredibly entertaining show. Watch him channel a variety of singers, including Ray Charles, Willie Nelson, Justin Beiber, Journey, Tina Turner, Rod Stewart and Elvis Presley. Walker will be performing in the Free Stage Tent sponsored by Campbell County Health at 12 noon, 3:00 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
Don’t forget about the Grand Illusions by the Blooms, Bubble Tower & Stilt Party, The Farmer’s Daughter Show, and Action Entertainment Laser Tag, Racing & Bouncers. And local favorite-Bill Crowley is back for another year to do free caricatures.
Kip Attaway is at the fair for one night.
Adults, don’t forget about the fair’s Adult Night Out, tomorrow night at 7 p.m. The fair is pleased to welcome acclaimed Cowboy Comedian Kip Attaway for a $10 show in the Energy Hall. Grinners Axe House is also bringing their mobile axe unit for event attendees. Tickets can be pre-purchased online or at the door.
