Las Vegas Raiders WR Henry Ruggs to be charged with DUI resulting in death

Las Vegas Raiders receiver Henry Ruggs III was included in a fiery motor vehicle crash early Tuesday morning that killed 1 human being and will direct to Ruggs getting billed with DUI ensuing in loss of life.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Division, officers “responded to a targeted visitors collision around the intersection of South Rainbow Boulevard and South Spring Valley Parkway, involving a Chevrolet Corvette and a Toyota Rav4. Responding officers found the Toyota on fireplace. Fire office personnel responded and located a deceased lady inside of the Toyota. The preliminary investigation suggests the entrance of the Chevrolet collided with the rear of the Toyota.

“The driver of the Chevrolet, determined as 22-year-previous Henry Rugs (sic) III, remained on scene and showed indicators of impairment. He was transported to UMC clinic to be addressed for non-everyday living-threatening accidents. Ruggs will be billed with DUI ensuing in death. This is an on-going investigation,” the Las Vegas Metro PD explained in its statement.

There was a female passenger in Ruggs’ auto who was also transported to a clinic. She was not immediately determined.

If convicted, Ruggs would deal with two to 20 a long time in prison.
