An Ohio COVID patient whose wife sued a hospital to get him taken care of with Ivermectin has died.
The Pittsburgh Submit Gazette noted:
An Ohio man diagnosed with COVID-19 whose spouse sued to force a medical center to give him the anti-parasitic drug ivermectin has died, his lawyer mentioned.
Jeffrey Smith, 51, died on Sept. 25, his lawyer, Jonathan Davidson, of Hamilton, told WXIX-Tv set in Cincinnati.
In August, an Ohio choose ordered West Chester Clinic to deal with Mr. Smith with Ivermectin just after his wife sued, alleging that the facility refused to give her partner the drug, despite him acquiring a doctor’s prescription.
The order was later on reversed by a further judge
