The start of Game 2 of the NLDS between the Philadelphia Phillies and Atlanta Braves will be delayed.

First pitch was scheduled for 4:35 p.m. ET/1:35 p.m. PT, but the weather in Atlanta is pushing back the start time. The Phillies and Braves are preparing for Game 2 to start around 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT, but there will be a weather check around 6 p.m. ET. There is a high chance of rain through much of Wednesday afternoon in Atlanta, per FOX 5 Atlanta.

If need be, Game 2 could be delayed to Thursday, a scheduled off day in the series. The two teams would then have to fly to Philadelphia ahead of Friday afternoon’s Game 3 without a scheduled travel day in between.

The Phillies took Game 1 on Tuesday, jumping out to a hot start and holding off the Braves’ late comeback attempt.

If Game 2 is played later on Wednesday, you can catch the game on FOX.
