Law enforcement officers in Philadelphia are investigating an assault that concerned learners on Tuesday aboard a SEPTA teach that resulted in just one girl staying brutally pummeled by a person of the groups, according to a video clip.

Fox 29 noted that the video clip was taken at about 3:30 p.m. on the Wide Avenue Line. The video exhibits a group of teenage girls shouting at an additional until eventually the confrontation took a violent turn. A female who is standing close by gets to be a goal and is seen acquiring her head slammed into the train door. The sufferer finally falls to the floor and the team of girls pummel her, the report reported.

The station reported that SEPTA law enforcement is doing work with the Philadelphia Police Section and college officers from the metropolis. Four of the teens in the online video have been identified, the report mentioned. The report explained there were being no acknowledged critical accidents. 

The attackers in the video are African People in america and the victims look to be Asian People, NBC Philadelphia claimed.

“There has to be a response by the police, by SEPTA college security officers, formerly recognised as university law enforcement, and by SEPTA itself,” David Oh, a Philadelphia metropolis councilman, advised the outlet. “It has a law enforcement force and we will need to see them.”
