Scott Pio, who previously worked as an organizer for former President Donald Trump’s campaign and is now a state legislature prospect in Virginia, recommended getting boats out of the ocean to tackle sea degree rise.

The tweet was accompanied by a photo of the Pacific Ocean dotted with countless numbers of icons presumed to be boats.
Pio’s tweet garnered the notice of Democratic team Blue Virginia.
