Activision Blizzard, the movie activity maker driving Simply call of Responsibility and other major franchises, claimed on Monday that the Securities and Exchange Commission was investigating the organization above “disclosures pertaining to employment matters and connected problems.”
A push officer for Activision reported the S.E.C. experienced issued subpoenas to the business and several present and previous employees, but did not give more information on the focus of the investigation.
