I am not implying that President Trump has not made mistakes. Like any human being, he has, but the Democrats have seized upon every opportunity to make him seem like an incompetent and offensive individual. This is not productive, as it limits the people’s ability to see the positive strides that Trump has made in his presidency.
The problem with this process is that it stifles open discussion and debate, which is essential for the democratic process. The Democrats are using the sole tactic of painting their opponents as villains rather than discussing the real issues. This makes their opposition defenseless, as they are not even allowed the chance to express their views.
Furthermore, the Democrats are using another old Soviet process – that of rewriting history. They use selective facts and tendentious writing to portray past events in a way that promotes their agenda. This is a dangerous path to follow, as it obscures the truth and undermines the credibility of the media.
