Hutchinson testified that Trump said “Something to the fact of taking the f-ing mags away they are not here to hurt me. They can march to the Capitol after the rally is over take the f-ing mags away they can march to the Capitol.”
Trump knew that his supporters were armed. He knew that they were marching to the Capitol, and Trump had every intention of joining them.
Trump supporters were armed with AR-15s and other guns. Donald Trump wanted the metal detectors taken down so that all of his supporters could crowd into the rally site so that it would look better on TV.
Donald Trump knew that his supporters were armed and going to the Capitol. None of this was spontaneous. It was all planned to overthrow the government and keep Trump in power.
