The calendar might say September, but Donald Trump is currently thoroughly engaged in the war on Christmas, as Jimmy Kimmel observed on Monday night.
At a weekend rally, Trump issued his normal range of particular grievances and conspiracy theories.
But Kimmel noticed one more line.
“Mouth Rushmore also gave himself a pat on the back for one particular of his top rated 10 imaginary accomplishments: that is successful Fox News’s well-known war on Christmas,” Kimmel said, then he rolled a clip from the occasion.
“They are starting off to say pretty strongly, ‘merry Christmas,‘” Tump boasted. “They’re all saying ‘merry Christmas’ once more.”
“Who’s indicating that in September?” Kimmel asked. “Who is expressing ‘merry Christmas’ in September?”
